About the EECS Capstone Course

All students studying electrical engineering and computer engineering at Washington State University must complete a two-semester design sequence.

During the 2009 fall semester, EECS students formed design teams, interviewed mentors, studied design tools, and wrote design proposals that were presented as seminars. They also began some preliminary design work.

The bulk of the design effort is being completed during the spring 2010 semester.
This work includes a written progress report, a written final report, and an on-campus poster session with a demonstration prototype. In some cases a seminar will be presented to professionals from the sponsoring company.

This website houses the students' poster presentations.
For additional details please visit the EECS class site.
